SR27 Semi-Automatic Random Adjustment Case Sealer

Orbi Packaging, in partnership with SIAT, offers the SR27, a semi-automatic case sealing machine specifically engineered for large, random-sized boxes. Ideal for industries such as e-commerce, logistics, electronics, and tissue, the SR27 combines versatility, reliability, and user-friendly operation.

Constructed with a robust epoxy-painted metal frame and aluminium columns, the machine features a box sliding plan made of galvanized rollers and painted plates for smooth movement. Box preparation is manual: the operator folds the top flaps and positions the box at the top head yellow button, which adjusts automatically to the required box height. Once in position, the box is fed into the machine and carried away by the double belt conveyor, ensuring precise and consistent sealing every time.
