SM44HS Automatic Case Sealers with Random Adjustment

Orbi Packaging presents the SM44HS range of Automatic Case Sealers, engineered for versatile and efficient box sealing with minimal operator involvement.

The SM44HS is a “Random” case sealer, capable of automatically adjusting to different box sizes and sealing the top flaps without manual input. It applies two self-adhesive tape stripes along the top and bottom center lines of each box, delivering a reliable, consistent seal on every carton.

Operation is intuitive, fast, and simple, while installation is quick and hassle-free. Optional casters with brakes on all four legs make the machine easy to move anywhere on the production floor.

Equipped with an integrated flap-folding system at the top of the taping head, the SM44HS automatically folds all four top flaps before taping. This allows operators to work more efficiently, keeping their hands free for filling boxes or other tasks, ensuring a smooth and productive workflow.
