SM44HD Automatic Case Sealers with Random Adjustment

Orbi Packaging is proud to offer the SM44HD range of Automatic Case Sealers, designed for flexible, high-efficiency box sealing with minimal operator involvement.

The SM44HD is a “Random” case sealer, meaning it can automatically adjust to different box sizes and seal top flaps without manual intervention. The machine applies two self-adhesive tape stripes along the top and bottom center lines of each box, ensuring a secure and consistent seal every time.

Designed for ease of use, the SM44HD is intuitive, fast, and simple to operate. Installation is quick, and with optional casters with brakes on all four legs, the machine can be easily moved throughout the workspace as needed.

An integrated flap-folding system automatically folds all four top flaps before taping, freeing the operator’s hands for filling boxes or performing other tasks. This combination of automation and user-friendly design allows businesses to increase efficiency, reduce manual handling, and maintain a smooth workflow on the production line.
