Available through Orbi Packaging in partnership with SIAT, the HM11 range of Automatic Hot-Melt Case Sealers is designed for high-efficiency carton sealing in demanding production environments.

These automatic machines use side drive belts with manual adjustment and are ideal for sealing boxes of the same size using hot-melt adhesive. Cartons arrive from the filling station with the bottom flaps already sealed and are smoothly conveyed through the machine. Precision injectors then apply four consistent strips of hot-melt glue, while a flap compression roller system ensures the correct pressure for a secure, professional seal every time.
