Returns
Goods can be returned up to 14 working days starting from the day of receipt. All products are returned at your own cost, and must in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. All goods remain the responsibility of the customer until the goods have been received by Orbi Packaging. Please email returns@orbipackaging.com and one of our team members will be in touch with our returns form. Please fill in the returns form will all the appropriate information and place this within the package you are returning. We will not be able to accept your return without the returns form is filled in and placed within your parcel. We will only accept returns in full pack quantities. We cannot offer refunds on any partial pack quantities. Refunds do not cover delivery charges. Refunds will be processed 3-5 working days after receipt of goods returned.
